Systems and processes are offshoots of management of attention.<\/li>\n<li style=\"user-select: auto;\"><strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">Management of meaning<\/strong>, aka communication &#8211; explain the plan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"user-select: auto;\"><strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">Management of trust<\/strong> &#8211; consistency and no double standards.<\/li>\n<li style=\"user-select: auto;\"><strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">Management of self<\/strong> &#8211; self-criticism and humility. Honesty. Admit mistakes and correct course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"user-select: auto;\">He also quoted Bobby Kennedy &#8211; &#8220;Guide your life by principle not ambition&#8221;.
