This does not surprise me. You now have women in front line fighting units, sharing space and a time with highly stressed and possibly sexually frustrated soldiers on very long rotations. The same thing happened in Vietnam and the first Gulf War. Mix soldiers and women and you get rape. Horrible fact but fact.
